Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, although if you are unhappy for any reason here is our Returns Policy to help you get your refund, store credit or exchange.


Unless faulty all returns must be in unused re-saleable condition with the original tags and labels attached. All Returns must be back within 28 days of delivery for full refund.

The Returns Process

To return your item please follow the below steps;


1. Contact us by clicking here and let us know your goods are coming back so that we can keep an eye out for it. Please include;
    a. Your order number

    b. Your reason for return

    c. Your preferred return process (Exchange, Refund or Store Credit, this will be subject to the items condition upon return and inspection, we will do our best to meet your request.)

2. Parcel your item securely, preferably in waterproof packaging (such as a bin bag). 
Please include a slip stating your order number.

All returns can be made either by post or in person to the following address:

Once we have received your item and approved its return we will process your return and refund your payment. 
You will then receive an email as confirmation of your refund.
